CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER
FRONT END DEVELOPEr
We're hiring a Customer Experience Manager to help turn our idea into revenue via engaged customers. Working closely with the product and marketing team, you'll be responsible for the design, creation and optimisation of the ideal customer experience across all touchpoints from acquisition and onboarding through to advocacy.
You'll have strong digital marketing experience and love the science and art of growing the business including strategic development, content production management, message testing and analytics. Start up experience, edTech or education experience would be a big plus.
Role is initially 3 days per week with the option to increase and play a big role as we grow. Sydney based and flexible working is part of the deal.

Ideal skills and experience should include authentication, user management, HTML 5 Canvas. You'll be involved in planning, coding, and testing. You'll want to take increasing ownership, not be spoon fed and provide instruction when necessary. You are results and team focused. Startups don't scare you and you'd like 2-3 months of interesting paid work, possibly more. Sydney based.
